before sex: eat salad and fruits which will make your energy loving and active.....and .. dont eat pizza before it will make you lethargic.. so basically non dairy and non meat.. vegan diet is the best.
after..sex: after you have burnt energy.. you can eat anything.. meat, pizza or anything cheeze you feel like to calm the active blood rush in body..

just dont eat anything that will give you gas before sex.. lol.. That could end up a bit embarrassing.. Eat anything you want after...

I eat alot of Mango's and cherries throughout the day so at night my vagina tastes good and smells good, it really works! Sometimes just a peice of gum so at least my breath tastes good and smells good.

before...eat lite....water, some fruit....a little soup....after...protein....and anything else that you feel like....if you have a really good time you will be starving!
