If it's any consolation, all of us have been there and it's very frustrating. It doesn't take too long to get to the higher levels and then you can have more fun. Sterkte hoor! :)

Because only really dedicated or really bored people would go through the hoops to get up to the right level to be unlimited. A teen can't just take over the site with a new profile.

To stop you earning too many points in one go. If answers are limited, it means you have to battle more to move up the levels - making it more of an achievement. (Pointless I think!)

you just need to reach the next level then you get more questions per day
then when you get to like level 5 or 6 you get unlimited
its yahoos way of saying...
"go do something" i think

when ur still in d lower levels, there's a limit in asking & answering
but once u go up 2d higher level (level 6), its all unlimited..

Because even Yahoo realizes that you have to go outside occasionally.
don't worry it will not take you long to get to higher levels, and be able to answer more Qs.
