My fiance not only snores but he also flings his arms, and tosses and turns all night long. I have for the most part come to accept it and now if I wake up and don't hear him snoring I have to check to make sure he is still breathing.

Actually if you place a small dish of eucalyptus oil next to his side of the bed, it opens the airways and he will not snore. And you'll both breathe better in your sleep - that will give you a better sleep and make you healthier over all.
Try it... good luck!
For me I just poke my husband and he happily rolls over onto his side. haha.poor sod.

Do they smoke? Overweight? Sinus issues? An ear, nose, and throat specialist can be helpful. They might need to do a sleep study to make sure they do not have sleep apnea.

go do the both of you a favor, buy him those nose strips that hold the nose open, and at the same time, but that throat SPRAY that stops him from snoring...
then every one is happy and asleep.....
