the best person to give you that answer is your wife since the kiss is meant for her. feel free with her, don't shy away from that kind of discussion afterall she is your wife, infact such discussions would glue the two of you together the more.

An exaggerated, all over the place kiss can show your hyper,or horny. A small *peck* of a kiss would show the opposite, that your disinterested, or maybe even bothered by the display.
