Why would it matter what you eat if you've just stitched a wound?

It's not you that has been stitched up.

no - there are no foods that you cannot eat. I am an ER nurse and we have patients with stiched wounds nightly. There is no research that supports avoiding any foods to support wound healing on a small scale such as yours.

Not unless you had stitches in your mouth. Old wives' tale this is. But wait, alcohol is not advisable because you might get drunk and injure yourself again.

too much of salty food shub B avoided.nor de fodd shud B sugary..... mmmmmmmmmmm .It will B better if u eat fodd wic can B easily chewd (friuts r best Eg.) Avoid oily food......
