Actually there are two accepted pronunciations.
Most people, this includes me, would rhyme dour with sour and power.
However, the dictionaries I looked in including the Oxford American and the Random House Unabridged online have as the first pronunciation for dour---"doo r", rhyming with fewer, sewer, doer, aschewer, lure, accruer, or even--rebel without a clue-er.
So if you need a rhyme, either pronunciation is fair game.

"Dour", pronounced as /dauer/, rhymes with "hour". However, since "dour" means "stern, harsh, gloomy", the best match, in my opinion, would be "sour".
