If you have a look at the car you can pick up where they are they are usually like a dimple and are in the most obvious place where you must lift the car to get the wheel of the path.

You should have a hand book with your car this should show you where to jack positions on your car.
If you look at the bottom edge of each side on the sills you should be able to find them most have them by the front and back doors each side.

if you run your hands just under the the sides of the car you should feel a ridge at either end of this there will be some cut outs

i dont know of any maps for good jacking spots, but generally anywhere you can catch the driver off guard, and make a quick getaway should work. traffic lights, drive-thrus, parking lots, etc. If you are going to jack a car, make sure there are not many witnesses, dont let them get a good look at you, dont leave fingerprints, and try not to jack someone who is an offduty cop carrying a concealed weapon.

you can feel the jacking points if you stick your hand under. they'll be quite close to the wheel arch.

go to your dealership and ask for a manual on your specific car it will have it there. or look it up online
