It sounds ridiculous but I really can not think of anything to buy my husband. He is the kind "oh I really don't want or need anything" and this year I am really quite stuck. I have tried online, I have tried shops here and in London and nothing stands out. Any useful ideas please?

This is a wonderful website for unusual gifts, when looking on there the other day for my husbands Christmas present there were several leather belts with bike buckles on.
There are also models of bikes and planes, an expensive hobby, but things can be got a lot cheaper here.
Just type in bike or plane and see what comes up, you'll be surprised.

It's hard for me to buy a gift for my father every year also. He's retired, and has Parkinson's disease which keeps him from doing many of the things he used to do such as bowling. So since he no longer works, that leaves out stuff related to that. And since he's limited on his physical abilities now, I can no longer buy him stuff related to his hobbies. But, he still loves basketball and watches on the tv. I just buy him something with his favorite team logo on it. Whatever your husband loves, buy his gift in relation to that.

Hot air ballon ride? Zorbing? Sure he may have everything he wants...but you can never have enough experiences..... cant go wrong with a hot air ballon ride...just dont accidently go booking a hot bare baboon ride instead...that remains an experience to avoid, regardless of how much you get stuck...LOL...(sorry eaten too many bonbos this morning!)

I got my husband a pressure washer- you use it to wash the car, clean the sidewalks, siding etc. He's going to love it. Maybe yours would too
