A friend of mine needed to urinate and wash herself before and after sex, otherwise she had problems with a very sore bladder.
If this isn't quite your problem, I'd suggest you try to find a sympathetic and trustworthy doctor (perhaps at a family planning clinic or a women's health centre), and get your bits checked, in case there are any infections or abnormalities causing painful sex.
In the interim, as another correspondent suggested, get your man to give you pleasure in other ways.

If you have any "personal" piercings, take them out first.

Maybe she's got an allergy to something. Maybe the lubricant, maybe the latex in condoms or in a diaphragm, maybe she's got a yeast infection. (This is NOT a sexually transmitted disease, women get them all the time.) If she uses birthcontrol pills yeast infections are more common. If she uses contraceptive foam she could be allergic to that. If it's really bad or if it doesn't go away within 5 days she should see a Dr.

Well, DUH!!! Intercourse doesn't do anything for 80% of women anyway. It's either painful, uncomfortable, sore afterwards, or simply NOT feel any sensation from it at ALL!!! A woman needs to be pampered and satisfied in other ways other than intercourse unless you're trying for a baby! I 'm a woman and I honestly don't care if I have intercourse ever again!

Get her to go the the doctor and have an gynecological exam. There could be an infection or irritation. Be sure your lady is well lubricated before penetration, also.
