Is safe to get botox injections if i live in a town that goes until -40 celcius?

Yes it's safe, the injections would be done in a heated medical office so the injection medication would not be effected by the outside temperatures. Once it is injected into your body it would then be heated by your body at 98.6. Obviously they wouldn't inject frozen botox into your body anymore than they would inject a frozen flu shot or give you a frozen IV!
