Well, depending upon the nature of your relationship, and on her ability / style / manner in carrying out her duties, and your satisfaction with these, hangs my Yay or Nay to this mild dilemma of yours.
Obviously, your experience must be the arbiter to your final answer and thus decision. But, on the whole, I'm inclined to say a Yay, then leave you to finally add the few grams to the scales for the outcome to be weighed in finality.
