This depends on a few factors:
1. Do you have any tracking or location software already installed in the phone?
2. Is the privacy setting on the GPS in the phone set to "911 only" or "always on"? If it isn't set to "always on" the phone only transmits the GPS data when an emergency call is made.
3. The policy of your wireless company.

You may wish to contact the police with what information you already have. Many times they already have the contacts with the wireless companies and can streamline this process. Good luck!

Maybe.

Sprint offers a "Phone Locator service" which allows parents to "ping" their kids phones and find out if the kid's phone is located where the kid is supposed to be. You can use another phone on the account, or sign on to Sprint's website and do it online.

The service is also useful for business owners who may have drivers out in the city and want to know if the driver/vehicle is working and not hanging out at a local bar.

You may be able to contact your cell company, add the seervice to your account, and then sign in to locate the phone.

Sprint allows you to report the phone as lost/stolen. The phone is then shut down and no one but yourself can EVER activate the phone again. No SIM card means no usable stolen phones. Sprint's phones are therefore a less attractive item for theft.

Only if they are using the phone, and I'm sure you already reported it as stolen. If you know who did it...beat some ***.
