I would smile and say 'cool!' ..
Then I would brace for the impact of all the 'impossible' events to happen that everyone said wouldn't happen ... until pigs fly.

I was say "HOLY SH*T THERE"S A FLYING PIG!" And then I would take a picture of it with my camera phone ans send it to my friends.
