How can I find someone to make a styrofoam cake stand for me?

I'm trying to make a custom cake which will require a styrofoam hour glass shaped stand with wedges

Call a bakery or baking section of groc. store. Ask to talk to cake deco and ask if they could do it (on the side) or anyplace that offers cake deco classes may know. I know Michaels crafts and mabe AC Moore have cake deco classes and the teacher may be able to help out.

You best bet is a custom cake shop, like the ones that make wedding cakes and such. Good luck!
