I don't get in to downloads much but I know they sell kits in the store for doing the conversion...in the cross-stitch section.

place the tracing paper onto ur photo,and draw close checks .from the photo placed beneath,colour the checks,use different colour pens for each colour
if you want to enlarge the size,u could get it done in a photostat shop,as u desire
and work out the same onto ur cloth for croostitch,for which you would need a yellow tracing paper
did i tel u ,i am also right now working on crossstitch,with birds &leaves as theme
its coming out great !!

RE: unfastened printable on line circulate stitch varieties? i'm new to circulate sewing. i began off via making letters (words) to label something for my husband. Now i intend to make something. As i glance on line i will't fairly locate something that catches my eyes and say thats it....I even have this type of weird and wonderful flavor in issues. i like skulls, dragons, witchery stuff...

www.microRevolt.org has a free web application that translates digital images in to needlecraft pattern. hope this helps
