Face powder can make it look like you have "holes" on your face if you have large pores and overapply the powder.
If you are using pressed powder, quit using it and try loose powder instead, applied with a powder brush. Or better yet, try a mineral powder foundation, such as Barescentuals or Sheer Cover. These are better for your skin anyway. Or try rice powder.
If you use pressed powder, be sure you PAT it on not rub it on your skin and use a light hand.

No, the holes will be pores. After washing put a flannel in cold water and apply to your face as this will help reduce them.

My god, no, but if u use to much of it it could leave u red spots on ur face, too much meaning, u put it on 3 hours ago and now u think its not enough and u put more

if you mean pressed poweder, the stuff you put on after your foundation to set your makup,
no!
it shouldnt leave holes in your face, what kind of stuff are you using? nuclear reactives?

face powder? im not sure, but i really really reccomend you use Ponds face cream (what ever kind you perfer) after you wash your face, its really good stuff that leaves your face soft and its way better than applying lotion to your face....
