Our family is looking for a resort/hotel to spend Christmas day at. We want to do a buffet and enjoy a place with great Christmas decorations to wander through and enjoy. We have done this at a Lake Geneva resort and are looking for something similar.

X-mas mountain in Baraboo I think its on I-90 between the dells and madtown.

Not sure this fits what you're looking for, but you might check out The Dells. We went there in the summer, it had a lot of things to keep us busy.
