I have a 99 honda accord EX and tiny amounts of oil spray from my exhaust, I only noticed it because I have to keepo adding oil to the engine every 2 weeks or so. After not seeing any oil spot near engine looked at muffler and there were spray marks on the ground. Why? Also My check engine light is on for O2 sensor or Cat Converter. Guessing this is reason why!

I forgot to mention, just changed timing belt, water pump and accessory belts. Then problem arose

You probably need either valve seals or rings. Valve seals aren't too costly, but rings usually involve a total rebuild. Before jumping to any harsh conclusions though, try running LUCAS engine stabilizer, you can use other brands but lucas is the best, this same thing happened to my brother's integra and my friends 97 prelude, they just add lucas to the oil every time they change their oil and their cars are fine. IF your car is really bad it won't work. But it's worth a try. Oh yeah and your check engine light might be on if the O2 sensor is covered with oil, this will confuse your car's computer so take it out and clean it off or replace it and your car will run better.

Typically, if you can see the oil coming out of the exhaust on a Honda it is a valve seal. These are cheap parts but require some time to replace. First have a compression and leak down test done. Any shop can do this. If they show good results it is worth putting just seals in and not pulling the head off.

Well, before you panic, it may be worth it to simply get a tune-up. If one of the cylinders isn't firing, that could be due to an faulty spark-plug. Check the spark plugs and clean them off (with a wire brush). Make sure the cables also do not have corrosion on them (lime green battery acid) This can also usually be cleaned off moderately sufficiently with a wire brush. This may not be the cause, but a 7 year old car is not something to throw away without good cause, especially a reliable car like a Honda Accord.

Valve seal. Oil is leaking from the heads thru the valve guide on one or more cylinders.
Valve seals are about 5 bucks, but the heads have to be taken off to replace them. You're looking at a 300$ labor bill at least!

One of your cylinders is going or gone. You're going to lose power shortly and this will be an expensive fix.

oil sprayin from the exhaust of any vehicle is not a good sign. get rid of it before it gets real bad or be prepared to shell out lots of money.
