I am 37 weeks pg and am 3-4 cm dialated and 100% effaced, I had my "bloody show" still having bloody mucus everytime I wipe, will evening primrose oil help get things active?

It takes awhile to have it in your system to get any results. EPO, thins your cervix and makes it "ripe" for labor. Sounds like your body already did it on its own. Good luck, you are having a baby any time now!

EPO does not induce labor. It ripens the cervix. If you are already 3-4 cm and 100% effaced, I doubt there is much need for it in your case.
Instead, I'd suggest having sex. Semen can ripen the cervix and orgasm can bring on contractions. Those contrax could turn into real labor.
Just an FYI, I was 3-4 cm and 100% effaced with my first for at least a week before labor started.

i don't think so. EPO takes about 2 months to start working.
