Regretting something you did, guilt can be terrible whereas not knowing is just uncomfortable.

There is no point in regretting something you did because you can't change it and by the same argument; if you leave something till the day you die there is no point in regretting that either. Obviously it is much worse to not do something you feel you should try.

Regetting something you did, because there is still a chance to do the stuff you regret not doing, but you can't really take back the things you did and regret. :)

it's easier to regret something you did do. Because it's real and concrete and you can see the consequences something you didn't do is an absence. So it's easier to ignore or repress. There's always going to be infinite alternatives of other directions you could have taken.

Nothings as worse as the other. Both are da same for me. Its like living in hell for a day!! I regret a lot of stuff that I hav done & havent done too!

IRegretting something I did is much worse, cause I remember it every single day, and I say myself I wish I did'nt. It is a terrible feeling
