You never mention the word love in there. It would be a big mistake on both your parts. It sounds like she just wants to share in your wealth. I understand that you would like to be around your children but, you are divorced for a reason. Children are not the right reason to be married. The kids will be happier in the long run, I promise. Mine were and still are! I think you should be very careful and honest with your feelings in this situation. It sounds like a real bad idea. Do you really want to be divorced from her twice? How would that make your children feel?

What does your heart say? What does your brain say? Come on--you know her best of all,,,,can you have a future? The past is gone---maybe you both grew up a little and settled down----maybe the kids would be a saving grace----try to avoid the mixed messages---talk it out---seriously. Talk it out a lot. GET A LAWYER and ask about the ramifications. DO not rush into anything---how about you? No new girl to conflict with all this? Man you have a lot to think about. Is it just the money for her? Truthfully, you got questions to answer---and only you can handle all this---and NO might be the answer---the best choice is not always popular.

well are you sure it's due to your new job? And are you sure you don't want to live with your children again so they don't grow up in a broken home?
If you are sure you don't want to live with her and have custody of your children again just tell her so.
But you could also get with her, marry her again, and now that you have a good job...if you divorced her again, you'd stand a better chance of getting custody this time. And you could make her sign a pre-nuptial agreement that states what will happen with the kids if you divorce again, and who gets and doesn't get any of the money you make from this great job.

you need to RUN FOREST RUN-----Why would you even consider doing something like that? Would you be doing it for you or for YOUR children?
If you do allow this X-wife into your life again you'll need to set ground rules and please whatever you do DON't REMARRY this X!!! Don't co-mingle $$$$ don't put her name on things!!! You really need to be leary as to WHY she wants you after being divorced 8 years!
You can tell her NO----and just keep things as they are----REMEMBER the drama of your divorce 8 years ago---do you want a repeat?
Like I said---RUN FOREST RUN!
