I mean how frank can you be in your refusals, even though you might hurt people's feelings?

If don't try to hurt any one it would be so difficalt cause human are a easy to break creature no is a word that hurt and break

I can say 'no' even if I know it's gonna hurt da person's feelings. I say 'no' only if I think what da person is asking me is wrong. so, its kinda ok for me to say "no" to wrong stuff.

its very difficult to say no.. esp ..knowing that it might hurt the front person...
since i cant say no.. very fast.. many a times.. im taken for granted..
