your going to do what you want..
i've done every court case myself as a disgruntled citizen.
the least i won back was the cost of my broken eye glasses.
if you can't take it to court yourself it isn't worth it..
most lawyer will charge to listen to your complaint (psychiatrist's are covered under most medical plans).. and then if they, lawyer, take a retainer and write and read and evaluate your case you're out possible a grand...and then..you may not be pleased because it just sounds like your "disgruntled"

go into the law library at your local court house ..and sit in the library and read some of the previous cases and then decide...
lawyers are very very expensive.
small claims and representing yourself may be the answer..lots of "small claims hearings " can be seen on the local tv..so decide if you might be better to represent yourself..and it is cheaper. all the tv shows are self represented which includes documents , photos,, witness's , and agreements signed.,
also you could be making a situation worse and not better..where a nice chat could resolve a situation.

Gotta agree with "coop." CAB is the place to start.
