I'm a Nurse, i don't think Homeopathy is better than the later two but it sure really works! The effect of homeopathic medicines is slow but promising & there are no side-effects like in allopathy. Homeopathy works by forming a similar set of signs and symptoms of a disease that are similar to the signs and symptoms of the real disease, thus creating a parallel condition which in turn cures that original disease. Unbelieveable? It's true.

Ayurveda is a system which is in active practise for last 5000 odd years. Its principles has stood the test of time. And it has reached a stage where the basic method of interaction between a living being and its environment is well-understood. With the other systems this is not the situation, They are 'new' systems and yet to grow a lot to reach a stage where they start understanding about the discussions made in ayurvedic classics. So for the time being it is senseless to make a comparison of Ayurveda with any other systems of medicine today.

Put allopathy in a group by itself and put ayuruvedic medicine and homeopathy in a seperate group. The first group uses scientific evidence based practice. The second group does not.
The answer to your question is allopathy is better than homeopathy and ayuruveda.

There isn't a better or worse. I've been a homeopathic physician for 10 years. In the UK, where perhaps medical professionals are less territorial, I have worked with conventional(allopathic) doctors, ayurvedists, accupuncturists and cranio-sacral osteopaths. In the end we are all working for the same thing - the best interests and health of the patient.

All pathies have their advantage and disadvantage. No pathy is complete itself.
One should choose any pathy according to disease and their conditions.
Ayurveda and Homoeopathic are successful in chronic diseases wheres Allopathy is very successful in emergency and conditions where surgery required.

It can't be judged that way. Different methods work for different people and different ailments and needs of each individual and all three incorporate the others to some extent, so the lines cross.
Personally, my preference is ayurveda, but that is what it is, a preference.
It is not what is better, but what works best for YOU.
