ITES stands for Information Technology Enables Services. It is used by the companies which are mainly into Outsourcing Business, especillay IT companies. You must have read it with Wipro, Infosys, Patni Computers and so on... Outsourcing is popularly called or rather understood as BPOs. All the services which are actually made possible with the help of IT or ICT fall under this category. Medical transcription is yet another field which is ITES.
