I think I'm pregnant right now (not confirmed) and I'm having a pain in my left shoulder. I havn't done anything to hurt it, don't sleep on that side, and the pain is constant. Has anyone ever heard of random pains in a pregnancy? THANKS!!

Get a pregnancy test if you think you're pregnant, stop trying to read what you think to be symptoms...

You do get aches while pregnant. But if you feel the shoulder pain more when you lay down, that could be a sign of internal bleeding caused by an ectopic. So watch for bad cramps, dizziness, bleeding, etc. If you experience bleeding at all, or any of the other symptoms call your doctor asap. Now that I got all that out of the way, I'm sure it's nothing. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and have shoulder pain as well. just the fun aches and pains that come with pregnant.

Not likely... if you're pregnant or think you are you are probably tense and nervous and the stress is giving you aches in unrelated places.
