First try to find your countryman, or neighbor-countryman community and will find all the required information. Or if you are going for study/work, ask your institution.

Basically every thing as like as you are living in your country. Additional is if you are proficient in that country’s language that will be great and if you can cook your food nothing will be required. So don’t worry. Cheers.

Since you are from Central Europe, allow me to presume you want to work in Western Europe. There are many companies dealing with jobs in foreign countries, you can contact them through your local labour exchange office usually.

well, if u have a friend in that country u could stay at his/her place and then search for a flat or a workplace.

It all depends on the country your going to. The Internet is a brilliant tool. Other than that, you could try the embassy of the country your going to, they should have ideas!
