that would depend on the type of job you're looking for, if its bk or mcdonalds then yes. if you're setting your sites a little higher then i would suggest business casual, slacks and a nice shirt. also make sure you look "neat" hair combed, shaved, remove any jewelry, and cover any tattoos........good luck!
