Yes you may still grow taller, some people grow until their early 20's.
There are several factors as to why we grow to the height we grow to, they are genetics, quality and quantity of food, exercise and sleep.
Genetics play a part in it, but not as big a part as most people think, look around your community and see how many short parents have tall children
If you are not eating the right foods and the right amount you will stunt your growth, short children come from short parents often because of a diet that is lacking, look how tall Asians are getting.
Exercise plays a major role in how tall you will be, the production of the grow hormone is stimulated by exercise, how many short athletes are there? that is because they have been involved in sport most of their life.
Sleep also plays a major role, your body releases most of the growth hormone while you are sleeping, so if you get a good nights sleep your body releases more hormones, you can check this by searching through any medical Human Growth Hormone site, ignore any site that is trying to sell you growth hormones, they are just cons.

Well i remember a couple of years ago they had come out with this needle that you stuck in your leg and it was supposed to do something with your hormones to make you grow. I wasn't very into it because i hate needles, but you might be. don't worry about your height so much, you're fine. in my family, you'd be considered tall, i am, and i am only 5 ft 2in, i think my grandma is 5 ft, and my great grandma was only like 4 ft 7. and believe it or not, we are not "little people", we are just short. i could go on, my dad is 5 ft 4 and my mom, she's 5ft 3. I think it's kinda fun (sometimes) being short. and most guys don't seem to mind it!

I wish there was something that could be done for this type of thing, but I am 15 and only 4'11, and I won't grow much more. I think I'll be lucky if I get to 5 feet. So don't worry about being 5'1, I'd be happy if I was, as I desperately want to get taller =\
