There is a possibility of you being pregnant, but I don't think it's normal to be having brown discharge whether you are pregnant or not. (And if you are not, then you need to go to a doctor to try and figure out why you haven't gotten your period) I suggest you go to a doctor either way and find out exactly what is happening, because it might or might not be something serious.

A brown discharge is not a sign of being pregnant. The only way you know for sure if you are pregnant is having a positive pregnancy test. I'd go and see your doctor about the discharge.
