If it helps first try to see what you are learning and understanding b4 tryin to swallow it...Believe me It helps...and learn by making visual aids...like colours, designs....Dont think of what your learning as boring as useless...It'll add to your helplessness...Think of it as interesting and challenging...That'll help alot....
