An explanation as to why, if the budget is "balanced", he has raided and thoroughly gutted the pension scheme and has increased taxes repeatedly and frequently. Also, why if the economy is doing so well, as we are told, does the tax burden keep on RISING?
And, finally, why if both the economy is doing so well, and the budget is balanced, is the first posited solution to damn nearly everything slapping a tax on it?

Massive tax reductions funded by a cessation of payments to Europe, a withdrawal from Iraq, no more welfare benefits for unwed mothers and other scroungers and a huge reduction in the amount thrown away on foreign aid - especially to Africa.

Put the money back in the pockets of the people who earned it. They are the wealth generators in the country and will decide more efficiently how THEIR money should be spent.
