Yes, Money is earned not squandered. It is also not out of reach for most people, they can choose to be rich or poor. But to be rich are they willing to do what it takes to get there? Apparently 1% are. I'm not a 1%er, However I'm not poor either, anymore.
In a free economy someone will always outsmart the next guy and end up with more money.
Wealth is not just measured in money. The wealthiest man I ever knew didn't have much money at all. Family, Friends, Love, Happiness, Peace of mind, Serenity, Health, and Wisdom, are all characteristics of the wealth he knew. I know this is economics, but thinking of money as wealth, can inflate the perception of it's actual value in a persons life.
Money is great, but it isn't everything.

Yes, I would say so. Look at it this way:
Before anything existed, there was zero wealth. As people slowly ventured, they somehow found ways to live better life. So, structured nations came out raising wealth. Therefore, only 1 percent of the population actually did something and found themselves in right place at right time to raise wealth. Nothing to be unfair about. If countries like Africa wants to obtain wealth, then they can certainly fight their ways through and raise wealth so that we can all be equal.

I don't exactly know what a fair distribution would look like because the term "fair" is so loaded with the reader's own biases.
That being said, the reason that some people have more money than other people is because the former produce more than the latter. Don't think of wealth in terms of money. Money is just a means to facilitate bartering between a diverse set of people, each producing their own good or service. If someone makes $30 million it's because they produced $30 worth of goods that other people want. And if someone only makes $20,000, it's because they only produced $20,000 worth of goods that other people want.

Why not? That's 50 million people. Large chunks of the world's population live in regimes that don't even allow or severely hamper the accumulation of personal wealth. If you happen to not live in one of those places, count yourself lucky.
Then ask yourself, what is wealth? Where does it come from? We all have 24 hours in the day, of which we spend about 16 hours awake. In those 16 hours we have to figure out how to feed and clothe ourselves and how to put a roof over our heads. Wealth is created when people figure out how to help us do that more efficiently and effectively.

Its better than having 40% owning just 1% of the wealth.
Personally I would rather have a regular income than wealth

Has there ever been a time in history when there was a significant difference.? So, do you have a "new system" that will solve the disparity of the location of the world's resources?
What's fair got to do with it - life's not fair and you can't make it fair by redistributing 'wealth' or any other socialist system.

No. this is gruesome that leaders of corrupt international places forestall their inhabitants and this is the reason they are no longer getting the wealth or existence. there's no longer something incorrect with one usa being richer than the others. there is a few thing incorrect while a usa is undesirable by way of fact the tyrant chief does what he needs (like the third international international places).
