Being from California and having visit NYC and Las Vegas, I'd have to pick LV from the constant activity, whether you're into clubbing or gambling.

Well in my recent experience. (I Got back from the states last week) I would have to say Vegas. Definitely Las Vegas. It really is the City that never sleeps.
Big nightlife, big.

To be honest I can't say the best, because
I didn't see all the cities in the U.S. but I can
Say with ease that the Big Apple New York is the Best for me because it's mine baby ! !
