From my point of view
for strength you can say
1. Flexibility
You can say that you have an ability to get accoustomed to a new environment ...........talk about your transition from one school to another and school to college etc.....talk about the group activity and other things
2. Commitment
In this you need to tell that you commit towards whatever work you do........and tell with one example where you have been commited to a particular work and have been successful
Two strengths are enough......you don't have to tell some other........these two points are enough
for weakness
1. I easily believe other people
Talk about an incident which happened to you...........otherwise develop your own story
Only one weakness will do....
All the best for your interview

I have often used this line and it always seems to get me the job!
I considder my example as both a strength and a weakness! I can sometime be too helpfull! - When they ask to explain I say that " I like to be avaliable to help others in the best way I can therefore having to work harder to keep on top of my own work !
Good Luck

For weaknesses, NEVER say "I'm a perfectionist". It's so trite and obvious, and will get you mucho minus points.
Sometimes, depending on how the question is worded, you can take the opportunity to make a gentle self-deprecating joke. In my itneview for my current job, I was asked what my biggest weakness was, and I said "chocolate". I forgot all about it, but found out a couple of years later (when I was scoring the answers being given by new trainee candidates) that my slightly off-centre answer got me the job.
My favourite answers to that question have been "fear of ferries" and "wine gums".

Ive had to interview people before and i think confidence goes a LONG way. I mean you can get too cocky, but a bit of self confidence will convince anyone you can do the job. Even the most compitent people can look useless if they just shy away from interview questions.

Make sure you list anything that shows your a leader. Having a stong letter of reference helps as well. If you have ever organized fund raiser or volunteer groups, that's a plus.

trust worthy, work unsupervised,dependable,
weakness can't stop yourself wanting to help the world, would stop work to help a fellow co-worker with a problem (you can play on that one , its all about priorities).
good luck
