A Girl I Know who had meningitis & had both her legs amputated, but still lives everyday as though it never happened. She is such an amazing person to not let something like that hold her back

My mum and my best friend............They have been the biggest rocks to me and my children since my husband died 18 months ago...............who needs celebs wasting everyones time? They seem to have people payng to solve all their lifes problems and wouldn't know a friend if they were hit head on with one!

In addition to " G "s answer, that I totally agree with, I would nominate my mum and dad, now in their 80s, they have had to put up with me for 53 years.

this should be for people who have DONE SOMETHING, and not for people who think they are something. there should be a new years DIShonours list, where certain celebs have their names removed, the queen could even have their heads chopped off, hung drawn and quartered etc.
