Lol! I don't know why I find this question so funny, sorry.
Maybe it is nervous? Or badly treated by its previous owner?

If you were assured by the farm that this cow was still in milk then you really need to talk to him.

The change in farm may have something to do with it, or she may have an infection.

I would give here plenty of feed and some calcium supplements, some brewers malt if you can get hold of it is excellent forincreaseing milk supply.

Also how are you milking her, by hand ormachine, it is possible she is not used to the methods you are using.

Milk letdown in cows is stimulated by the "milking ritual", the setup the cow is used to. She may just not have had time to get used to the new setup. Try massaging her udder, different foods and talking to her.
Or there is the possibility that the farmer wanted to get rid of her because she is difficult.

No doubt the farmer is watching to supervise you as you do this? I'd ask his advice.
A hard teat on a 4 teat udder is a sign that the cow is dead in one quarter, she has had mastitis in the past.

sounds like you bought a cow who has previously had mastitis. Get a vet in to look at her. You should have had her vetted before you bought her.
