I'm like many others that don't want any part in nuclear warfare.... so my short answer would be nowhere. Now hypothetically let's say I'm a terrorist and I wanted to make 3 strikes in the US... I would take out "sin city"... Vegas (in reality losing Vegas would totally bring a tear to my eye), the economic capitol... New York, and just to mess with the oil industry... Houston.
