In my experiance dating, she is toying/testing you, I mean she heard from your friend that you like her, but she doesn't want to hear it from your friend, she is testing you to see if you would approach her and actually tell her yourself.
I think that if she didn't like you, she would most likely avoid contact. If she smiles at you, I'd say you have a chance, just don't make her think to much about it, and act on instinct man, you have nothing to lose, lots of beautiful girls out there.

something fun! something where you can laugh and talk allot, coz in movies your mouth is shut the whole movie through!
something you both would like! but i think dinner is the best!

She'd be uncomfortable around you and probably wouldn't smile if she thought it would be leading you on. You should ask her out! It sounds like she likes you, too.

May be she likes you, but talk to her her before you jump to any conclusions. Its always better to discuss such matter in person rather than through your friend.
