Many of us are not sure why we should go to a community college instead of a four year University. Most of the people have financial problems, didn’t get the best of grades or simply don’t want to waste money chasing after a career there are not sure about. This is why Community College exists, so you can experiment, get new chances and don’t have to pay a whole lot of money.

For many students as myself, there are a variety of reasons as to why we should go to a community college instead of a four year University. A community college can be the best choice when we look at financial problems, acadamic standing,grades or simply to not waste money chasing after a career there are not sure about. For these reasons and many many more is why Community College exists. It is an institution which allows students to experiment with college life, and get new chances to explore school without having to pay a whole lot of money.

It is clear. It's simply written and direct, there's nothing wrong with it. A couple of points though:
don't use contractions if it's formal writing (didn't, don't etc.)
"a career there are" ---> "a career they are"
I'd suggest 'experience new opportunities for [something]' rather than 'get new chances'.
