Easiest way (with editting) is to use the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard.
Paste this into image editting software like Paintshop, Photoshop or Gimp (http://www.gimp.org/) and then cutout the bit you want to save.
Save file as... image.jpg

Assuming you're on a PC:
with your browser window showing the site you want to capture, press ALT + PRT SCR keys at the same time; this takes a "snapshot" of the current app window and puts it in the clipboard. You can now open any program (graphics program, Word, WordPad, etc.) and paste... There ya have it!

First, download one of these software packages from Download.com:
http://www.download.com/3120-20_4-0.html?tg=dl-20&qt=screen%20shot&tag=srch
Then F11 your Internet Explorer window (assuming you're using it) and it should make the window full screen. The utility you choose should allow you the chance to select the active window you and take a picture of it.

In your system, give (Ctrl)-(Print Screen), hold the ctrl button, then press Print screen button. It will copy the total desktop(so, your web page should be visible at front), then paste it to paint shop. and save it.
thats it.
