Is it possible for doctors to asses somone's level of sexual activity by inserting a finger into them and then say well there has been so much activity or just a little bit?

No, it is not possible.

The most they can do is look for a hymen, but many virgins break their hymen in childhood by natural play, gymnastics, horseback riding, or tampons. They might be able to detect sexual activity by looking for bruising, but that is ONLY if they are looking for signs of rape. Either way, they can't just insert a finger in and predict how much, if any, activity you had.

There's some skin around the vagina, just at the entry, called the hymen. If it's intact, unbroken, then you're a virgin. HOWEVER, if it's not intact, it might have broken by itself, perhaps by horseback riding or some other activity. A tampon wouldn't break it, and it does bleed when it breaks. So, a doctor wouldn't be able to say FOR SURE that you're not a virgin, just that the hymen is broken.
That said, if you live in a society where it's important to be a virgin, you should probably not risk it.

They can only check for a torn hymen. If they could determine how much activity or how long you haven't been a virgin they would use it in court for child rape charges to prove how long a child had been molested for.

And I don't think many reputable doctors would perform such a test, since they know that a hymen could be broken in many ways that don't involve sex.

Doctors do not just insert their fingers into the vagina to test for virginity-they use a speculum, something to dilate the insides of the vagina to enable them to visualize the hymen and note whether it is intact or not.

its hard sometimes for a doctor to even tell if a woman has had a baby. so dont worry about virginity. in young girls it is almost impossible to tell unless there has bee some kind of trauma and scarring

well, they can definitely check if a girl's hymen is torn...and yes, there are ways of figuring out how long a girl hasn't been a virgin.
