Unfortunately no.
For job interview certainly you have to give a good impressions for the first time.
You can't express yourself just the way you are as a gay in the job interview. Or you won't get the job at the end
Well I hate this as well cuz it's not being myself, but being someone else to get a job.
Be yourself is working on the social life I think.

it is the only way, you always get found out if you lie about things. but in a job interview bending the truth is ok, but lying and completely making up things will always bite you on the a$$, as when you win the job and can;t do it, you'll get the broomstick anyway, so talking yourselve up a bit is fine, as it shows a degree of confidence, and the interviewers know it's a trick anyway and they know your lying as well, and if you don't go too gar they'll accept it.

In a job interview...you HAVE to be yourself..if you try to imply that you are something/someone else you will soon be found out and dealt with.....be yourself ..be open and honest...that way you have nothing to fear later....Good Luck with the interview {:o)

Almost always, unless you have no social graces whatsoever. If you are someone other than yourself, and you get hired, guess who has to either pretend the rest of their days or lose the job for not being as represented? Yup, be yourself, within reason.

it's the only strategy, that said you want to show your strengths, what makes you unique and the best person for the job, while glossing over or omitting that which would eliminate you as a choice, it's all a matter of skewing perceptions. those who have truly made it are always the ones who are true to themselves.

It will be there eventually. It's probably better to get it out in the open up front.
