The one thing you have to remember is that everyone is different and what you read is a wide range of symptoms that may or may not happen to you.
Some people have no symptoms whatsoever and like my sister can get to 16 weeks without knowing she was pregnant. However, I've had 3 sons and had all the symptoms right up until 12 weeks.
Most symptoms are caused by your body prepping for the baby and the feelings in your stomach are due to the uterus getting ready to nurture your baby for 40 weeks. The nausea is caused by the increased hormones that are needed to ensure your body stays pregnant and supports the new life inside you.
I know it is easy to say 'don't worry' but try not to. Speak to your midwife about any concerns you have because that is what she is there for. One thing I did learn is that you will be given all sorts of advice, from all sorts of people, some of which will conflict with each other. The best thing to do is to listen to your body. Don't expect it to go by the book because if it doesn't then you will worry that something is wrong. Enjoy your pregnancy and watch the wonderful changes your body goes through to create new life.
Good luck!

Well unfortunately for me I continued to be sick from six weeks onwards, right up until about 28 weeks, and I still feel funny of a morning now at 38 weeks.
I did find that the "strange feelings" in my stomach did go away after about 3 weeks, however the nausea remained for me so I knew things were alright.
If you are concerned I would recommend asking your doctor about it just to be sure, it will give you piece of mind as well knowing a professional has been able to answer your question.
There are also some good sites on the web that go through the early pregnancy symptoms and what to look for. I've pasted a couple below if you're interested. The second one is to a site about the signs a miscarriage may be occuring - check this one too it has some good information.
And Good Luck with your pregnancy - I'm sure everything is fine!

Hemorrhoids are swollen and inflamed veins in the anal canal. They can be itchy, bleeding and/or painful protrusions just under the skin. To get rid of hemorrhoids you can use this natural method that already have thousands of positive reviews https://tr.im/m0lYj
There are two types internal and external. Internal are inside the anal canal in the lower rectum and external are at the anus. They result from increased pressure in the veins often due to straining during bowel movements and during pregnancy. Scratching in an attempt to relieve the itching symptoms further weakens the area and compounds the problem.

People always describe 'symptoms' of pregnancy like it's a disease!
Each pregnancy is different, all the 'symptoms' are different in each case, worrying will only take away the enjoyment of the experience.
Let nature take it's cause and worry not, your baby is well protected in there.
