You have multiple options to choose from depending on your specific investment goals.

Are you solely concerned with retirement?
If you are than you might want to concentrate your investments in a tax-deffered investment type, to balance your taxable liability. Thus reduce your tax's.

Do you have any long-term goals?
Buying a house? - Set a fund up for your down payment.
New Car? - " ."
Etc.

Investing and Planning are your two biggest solutions torwards reaching your goals, I would select a plan based on the type of goal you are investing for, and your risk tolerance.

Good luck, and consult with people at Fidelity for futher information, in where you want that money to go.

401k's, or other non-tax-sheltered investments. The latter has almost limitless possibilities.
