See a doctor. It can be caused by diet but also you could have an obstruction. A friend of my dad's had similar problem finally went in and found out he had cancer in the lining of his GI tract.

Look at your diet - what you eat all the time. That will give you a clue as to why you're constipated. Cut down (or out) milk, white flour products, cheese, and processed foods. Eat more vegetables, fruit and whole grains (brown rice, etc.). If you eat a lot of beef or pork, you might cut down the portions per meal. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. You might try a tablespoon of ground flax seed in some fruit juice before going to bed. (drink with a straw)

eat some ex lax or some other non name brand laxative if its very bad um wish u the best of luck and i have been there b4 myself and eating fruit does seem to help with the constipation issue best of luck ~ skinny

I tcould be the foods you eat also. cheese and other items are know to cause constipation. You could drink more water and add foods like dates, grapes, apples and prunes to your diet as well.

Eat lots of fruit and veg and drink tons of water and you should see an improvement.
