There are three things I'd say limit the answer... considering no person is ever quite equal to any other.

1- What is the relative strength of that person.
2- Is this something do all the time or is a "one-time test".
3- What are they carrying.

For number one, that is an obvious question... of sorts. Some people concentrate upon building their upper torso for example and have awesome "pec's". Others concentrate more on the lower torso for either static strengthening or running as an example. For you question, static strength as opposed to endurance or speed would be the better thing.

For number two, perhaps a little less obvious. Body builders would recognize immediately the need for "proper lifting". you cannot just "pick up and take off" without risking injury to yourself. You have to know to be able to "take the load" with your legs and arms so that the muscles and cartilage in the back aren't torn.

For number three, probably obvious ( to me at least). Far easier to grasp a 200 pound container than to try to lift a 200 pound rock with very sharp edges or a loose bag filled with 200 pounds of duck feathers.

That will vary from person to person. Some that does that activity daily are strength trains will be able to handle more weight than a couch potato. I carry about 85 pounds in each hand and walk across the yard with it with out a problem, my wife can carry about 20 pounds max. I have an older brother that can carry closer to 270 pounds 100 feet without breaking a sweat but he trains for those strongman contest.

Depends on the person......you can't possibly answer that question without knowing the person.
