Women enjoy talking, that's what it means. We are highly emotional and naturally feels to let it out by expressing ourselves. Men usually keep things to themselves.
ln every rule there is an exemption. l happen to be a very quiet person. For sure there are women like me.

yeah, but not for those reasons. its cause women like to complain so much. when a man speaks he does it in a way that everyone understands, even a woman. though when the woman speaks she likes to think shes intelligent, therefore overly complicates whats shes saying, so that the man cant understand what shes said, but in fact he does and its she who doesn't, so in a bid to understand herself what she said she has to repeat it a few times. she then twists the truth and blames the man for not listening or understanding so as not to seem as slow as she actually is. the man never lets on she is wrong as he doesn't want to hurt the timid females feelings, and listen to 3hours of crying as a result.

it just means that it dosnt take men as long to tell somone somthing , we dont have to give as many details to get the same thing accomplished
