While there are plenty of Armenian and Lebanese places to choose from, it's true that L.A. doesn't have a whole lot to choose from when it comes to Turkish cuisine. Then again, I don't think there are a huge number of Turks in L.A. (compared to, say, Armenians) to begin with.

One place that bills itself as having Turkish food is Serra's in Studio City. It's a fairly new "Dine and Dance" place in a space once occupied by an (in)famous drag bar/club called The Queen Mary.

Not that many Turks around. + unfortunately Turks are not famous for their culinary skills.....what a shame.

We need to open a fake Chinese restaurant to draw the crowd and then serve borek for lunch...would that work? hmm
