They want to escape from their own fault by way of abusing others.

They think they're cool and smart when they can put someone down. Sometimes they have to do that because they're afraid people will attack them fist. They try to show that they're not timid because they can hurt others. Anyway, I don't know how to use words to hurt others. I would forgive if someone do it with me.

I know what you mean. Its like poison is coming out of their mouths. I think its because they just wanna cover up their cowardness.

Bad upbringing, low education, bad manners, low self esteem. Verbally abusing others makes them feel good about themselves. It must have some trade off.
